The mood lamp is good, because it comes with everything you need, even extra Orbeez! Also, the mood lamp is really pretty. It glows different colors, from red to purple. The mood lamp is also fun to watch grow and play with.
The down-sides of it is that is will get fogged up sometimes, since the water is trying to evaporate. It doesn't look very good that way. In addition, it's more for decoration, and isn't very bright. Don't usse it for a reading lamp, because you will not be able to see the letters!! Lastly, the Orbeez shrink, so you will have to re-grow them every once in a while
